The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.We are looking for an Account Director to join our Talent Solutions team in acting as a trusted adviser and bringing value to our customers. You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with the LinkedIn network using our professional talent solutions. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals through renewals and additional growth, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.Responsibilities:Own, drive and manage the renewal process for a high volume of customersDrive to early closure and building pipeline while maintaining strong personal relationships with current clientsClose renewal and growth opportunities consistently at or above quota levelDevelop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecastsWork to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing teamListen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teamsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:4+ years sales experience in the SaaS industryFluency in FrenchBusiness fluency in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Experience carrying a revenue targetExperience in account managementExperience with SaaS sales, Dynamics platformExperience with recruitment media and recruitingExperience working in the recruitment consulting or staffing industryExcellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skillsDemonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environmentAbility to gather and use data to inform decision makingAbility to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyersAbility to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needsAbility to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitorsSuggested skills:NegotiationForecastingCommunicationAdditional InformationGlobal Data Privacy Notice for Job CandidatesPlease follow this link to access the document that provides transparency around the way in which LinkedIn handles personal data of employees and job applicants: https://legal.linkedin.com/candidate-portal.
