We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our Finance Team.Role:This role is pivotal within the finance department supporting the Finance Team, with responsibility of carrying out Management Accounting processes. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment then this role is for you.Principal Duties & Key DeliverablesOversee the day-to-day running of the Finance Department.Ensure monthly management accounts are delivered within set deadlines.Development and production of monthly finance board pack.Liaise with Finance Manager in reviewing month end balance sheet reconciliations.Development of budgetary processes and formal annual budgets with monthly budget reporting.Responsible for ensuring Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and transactional tasks are carried out in line with proper process and control.Ensuring all VAT/Statutory returns and payments are prepared in line with requirements.Build Relationships with key stakeholders across the business to develop business acumen, commercial awareness and to act as a strategic business partner.Drive Business performance and product margin improvement in conjunction with other functions while fostering a continuous improvement culture.Make best use of the Group's current IT systems and remain abreast of future IT developments to make the control & reporting process as efficient as possible. Continually contribute to the improvement of Group Reporting systems & information.To ensure that the finance team provides the relevant information and assistance to internal and external auditors and introduce recommendations approved by group auditors & advisors.To evaluate and deliver team technical training requirements. To ensure adequate role, cross-training and succession planning is carried out to protect the delivery of the finance service.To ensure Trainee Accountants are trained in line with the Group Training Programme.Working with other departments on ad hoc finance projects.Eligibility CriteriaQualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA) with proven post qualification experience.Proven experience with management accounts and monthly reporting cycle.Commercially aware.The last date for submitting applications is 31 December 2025
