About the Company
A market leader in precast concrete and structural solutions, the company partners with top-tier contractors to deliver complex commercial, industrial, and residential projects. With a strong pipeline of high-density housing schemes, they are now looking to strengthen their project delivery team.
As Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of precast concrete packages on multi-storey residential projects. You’ll collaborate closely with design teams, production facilities, main contractors, and on-site installation crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in structural or precast works, particularly within dense urban environments.
Project Delivery & Coordination
Manage all phases of precast delivery for high-density residential projects.Develop project programmes aligned with multi-level build sequences.Coordinate design approvals, technical submissions, and production schedules.Oversee on-site installation teams to ensure safe and efficient erection.
Commercial & Contractual
Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Review contracts, specifications, and tender documents.Prepare variations, manage change control, and support commercial discussions.Ensure accurate invoicing and project close-out documentation.
Health, Safety & Quality
Maintain high safety standards on constrained urban sites.Ensure compliance with all relevant H&S legislation.Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues or NCRs.
Stakeholder Management
Act as primary point of contact for contractors, design teams, and site management.Lead coordination and progress meetings.Communicate sequencing, crane requirements, and installation progress.
Planning & Logistics
Coordinate lifting plans, craneage, and installation sequencing.Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
5+ years’ project management experience in precast, RC frame, structural steel, or civil engineering.Proven track record delivering high-density or multi-storey residential projects (Dublin experience ideal).Strong understanding of urban construction challenges.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems.Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical details.Proficiency with MS Project or similar scheduling tools.Strong commercial and contract administration skills.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.Proactive and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Project Management certification (advantageous).Valid Safe Pass / CSCS (or willingness to obtain).
