My client in the
Healthcare sector
is looking to hire a
Finance/Accounts Assistant
to join their site in
Mullingar, Co.
Westmeath.
This is a month to month rolling CONTRACT job
9-5pm Mon-Fri
Key duties & responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Processing & payment of Invoices
Assist with month end, by running finance reports, preparation of accruals/prepayments, reconciliations etc.
Data entry & maintaining of electronic finance system.
Dealing with accounts queries from vendors & finance team
Provide admin/accounts support to the dept.
What are we looking for?
Experience working in a similar accounts role - essential
MS Office application i.e. Excel/Word experience essential
Experience in SAP or other accounting software
Experience in preparing Monthly Management Accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in own initiative and be a team player
Attentionto detail imperative.
