Restaurant Operations Lead
We seek a seasoned restaurant operations lead to manage the day-to-day activities of our dining establishment in Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
* Mentor and train staff to meet high standards and expectations
* Supervise and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring seamless execution and effective time management
* Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in restaurant management or supervision in a top-end restaurant/hotel (4 star+)
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Capacity to train and develop staff to achieve exceptional results
Working Hours: Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends
