Job Title: Site Administrator
The role of the Site Administrator is to provide administrative support to the site manager and other members of the construction team. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the site manager with day-to-day activities, including document control, report preparation, and daily diary upkeep.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate records, including site logs, drawings, and registers.
* Assisting the Health and Safety Department with site inductions, certification checks, and paperwork filing.
* Coordinating deliveries and ensuring site housekeeping standards are met.
* Providing administrative support for purchasing duties and meetings.
* Assisting with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) preparation.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar administrative role required.
* Construction industry experience and current Safe Pass desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based filing solutions.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to write clear and professional documentation.
