Key Responsibilities:

o The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, motivating subcontractors, and working closely with design teams and representatives.
* Budgeting and Planning:
o You will be required to develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role you must have proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale refurbishment or fit-out projects. You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Additionally you must demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively as part of a high performing team.
