As a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor, the candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive mortgage advice to clients. From Fact-find and affordability assessment to recommendation, application, approval and drawdown.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & SuitabilityConduct comprehensive fact-finds, KYC/AML checks and affordability assessments.Provide regulated mortgage advice to first-time buyers, movers, switchers, self-build, buy to let applicants.Application ManagementPrepare, submit and track mortgage applications, liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers and internal team.Proactively manage pipeline from AIP to drawdown, resolving documentation and underwriting queries.Market & Product ExpertiseMaintain up to date knowledge of lender criteria, rates, incentives.Sales & Relationship ManagementBuild a referral network (estate agents, accountants, developers) and nurture client relationships for repeat/switch opportunities.Teamwork & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with case managers/administrators for seamless client experience.Contribute to process improvements and share market insights with the team.Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Achieve agreed annual sales targets.
