Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (OSHE) Manager
This role will be based onsite at Dublin Airport, with responsibility for multiple sites.
Overview
The OSHE Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the Company's safety, health, and environmental management system.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the Company's safety, health, and environmental management system.
* Ensure compliance with relevant safety, health, and environment legislation, standards, and licenses.
* Create and enforce safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
* Manage all safety and environmental training requirements and develop training programs for employees.
* Prepare and submit reports on safety and environmental performance to management and regulatory bodies.
* Oversee waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
* Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Train the Trainer or an equivalent training qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an OSHE role, preferably in an MRO or aviation environment.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a current valid airside pass/able to pass a 5-year security background check.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Permitted to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.
