Receptionist Administrator – McKelan Construction Limited
We are a busy Construction Company based in Bree, Co Wexford, looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Receptionist/Office Administrator.
As the first point of contact, you will maintain office operations and provide administrative support to our team.
General Duties
* Act as the first point of contact for suppliers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain and update office records and filing systems.
* Assist Quantity Surveyors, Site Foremen, Project Managers, Office Manager and Accounts with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
* Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring approvals, tracking, and documentation are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
* Support procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and maintaining supplier records.
* Assist with site safety documentation.
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers regarding deliveries, invoices, and project requirements.
* Other general administrative duties that may arise.
