My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seek to hire an Customer Service Specialist
This role will suit someone coming from a B2B Customer Service role.
This role is Monday to Friday on- site.
Responsibilities
1. Build strong relationships with clients.
2. Point of contact for all orders, pre & post delivery for customers journey.
3. Processing responsible customer purchase orders
4. Manage and process customer enquiries by both phone and email
Requirements
5. Full Driving licence.
