The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Energy market, sales process and excel at building relationships and closing deals. We're seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, supporting training for new hires, and participating in coaching, the sales specialist must be both approachable and professional in order to help us expand our growing team. * Competitive salary starting at €36,000 per year plus a €17,000 OTE Uncapped

Key Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed individual and team KPI's
* Coordinating the sales team and assisting with the recruitment and training of new hires.
* Providing product demonstrations to staff.
* Monitoring sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers that are built on trust and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities and share findings with the team
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve campaign performance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven track record of highly achieving sales.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working in an inside sales ideally in a senior or team lead capacity.
* Experience using CRM systems is required
* Excel skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office required
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to think on your feet.
* Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
* Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
* Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
