Cpl is expanding and seeking a talented and experienced Agency Recruiter, based in the Midlands or relocating to, to join our team. This role focuses on building a perm/temp Commercial desk from the ground up.
This is a permanent, 360 role, with a heavy focus on business development, networking, and events relating to various industries, including Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, Office Support, Customer Services, HR, and more in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build a personal book of business with all clients in the Midlands of Ireland.
* Predominantly focus on a commercial desk.
* Meet or exceed target fees & KPIs through the development of long-term client relationships.
* Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
* Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities within the industry by researching market trends and attending industry events.
* Take ownership of personal and professional development.
* Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
* Develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry sector and/or functional area.
* Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification, and develop client relations.
* Manage recruitment administration tasks, including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes, which align with the client's requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Previous Agency Recruitment experience - Essential
* Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets.
* Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills
* Good IT skills
* Able to multitask and be delivery-focused.
* Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude
* Customer-centric
* Proficient in working off own initiative.
* Open to qualifications; industry experience is more important.
* Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
