Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
The South East Technological University is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join its busy and evolving Human Resources Department as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the university's mission by delivering expert HR guidance, enabling high performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
This role involves working closely with managers and leadership teams across academic, research, and professional service units to provide coaching, support, and strategic input on all aspects of people management. As a trusted advisor, you will guide leaders through organisational challenges and ensure that HR solutions are aligned with the university's values, objectives, and specific needs of the Faculties and Professional Management Services departments.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can influence at all levels of the organisation. As part of the wider HR team, you will work in close partnership with colleagues across specialist areas to deliver responsive and high-impact HR services.
