What You’ll Do as a People Services Advisor
* Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor providing front line support for P&C colleagues and managers, handling a range of P&C queries as a specialist requiring minimal supervision.
* Provide subject matter expertise to peers, and process managers in Talent processes, policies, and systems—including learning administration and talent acquisition workflows—ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of P&C transactions across the employee lifecycle. Collaborate closely with GBS teams to align service delivery with global standards and operational excellence.
* Respond to P&C queries from colleagues and managers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and self‑service portal with excellent customer service.
* Use knowledge and expertise to resolve moderately complex P&C issues and process transactions accurately and within internal service level agreements, adhering to established policies and procedures.
* Take ownership of specific Talent process delivery such as interview scheduling, offer processing, onboarding coordination, and learning administration, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal talent policies, governance frameworks, and external regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with stakeholders across GBS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and the Global Process Owner to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with global standards of P&C HR processes and data.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience working in an operational HR role, shared service, or colleague support role.
* Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
* Ability to resolve issues and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Experience with HR systems and technologies and high‑volume P&C queries.
* Knowledge of relevant employment legislations.
