AreerWise Recruitment is seeking a ShiftProduction Supervisoron apermanent basisfor our food client located inCounty Limerick.This position oversees the day and evening shift with the following schedule (rotating weekly):Day Shift:Monday – Thursday: 06:30 – 16:00 / Friday: 06:30 – 14:30Evening Shift:Monday – Thursday: 12:00 – 21:00 / Friday: 11:00 – 18:30Scheduling of production plan in line with sales orders planPlanning manning levels required to meet production planOrdering of raw materials from the warehouse to meet the production planTraining and re-training staff in specific areas as necessary & identifying production staff training needsCompiling daily production reportsCompiling and reporting on production KPI's for weekly Operations MeetingsDealing with HR on local issuesSupervision of production staff to fulfil order requirementsEnsuring implementation and management of the QCPStrong awareness of GMP and Health, Hygiene & Safety requirementsTrack record of people managementExcellent communication and team management skills required.Familiar with food processingThird Level Qualification (Level 7)
