Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising inbound and outbound inventory, working closely with vendors and distribution partners.
The role involves reviewing production activity and sales forecasts to generate timely demand plans. You will prepare real-time stock reports and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
You will optimize stock levels while minimizing cash tied up in inventory. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics for the collection and delivery of products.
You will support supplier and customer relationship management alongside the operations leadership team. You will maintain and improve procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.
You will ensure legal compliance in product delivery and regulatory matters. Furthermore, you will contribute to new product setups, including packaging and materials sourcing.
You will lead and support cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain performance.
Your Profile
* Experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role is required.
* A qualification in Procurement, Logistics, or Materials Management is desirable.
* Advanced knowledge of materials resource planning (MRP) and inventory control is necessary.
* A strong understanding of warehousing, distribution, and import/export compliance is essential.
* Advanced Excel proficiency with high attention to data accuracy and reporting is required.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capability to manage priorities effectively, are necessary.
* A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset is essential.
