Job Summary:
A high-level maintenance engineering position where you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment across our global network.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with a team of engineers to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and productivity. You will also oversee the supervision of technicians on shift, providing guidance and support as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their duties efficiently.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment performance using visual inspections, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize uptime.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop new processes and standards that improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Work closely with your line manager to plan and execute proactive maintenance tasks, minimizing disruptions to operations.
- Identify areas for improvement in systems and standardize processes across the EU network.
About the Team:
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is a technical and collaborative group working together to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our global network. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment operates at maximum efficiency and minimizes downtime.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical environment, preferably in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of automation and material handling equipment environments.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
