Yoko Wool is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen interest in fashion and lifestyle products.Customer Service Specialist (International Market/ B2B Operations)Location: Dublin D22A9X3Reports to: Sales DirectorType: Full-timeAbout the RoleAs a Customer Service Specialist for the International market, you'll manage the full B2B order process, from inquiry to delivery, while supporting clients with personalized service and product coordination. This role combines hands-on order management with a growth-oriented mindset, helping strengthen existing partnerships and support sales development in key markets like Japan and Korea.Your Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Order ManagementManage the full B2B order lifecycle: from customer registration, order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, to after-sales.Review incoming inquiries and confirm order specifications in line with company SOPs.Track order progress, send confirmations, manage changes, and ensure timely client communication.Keep client records and order data up to date in CRM and Excel-based tools.Product Coordination & CustomizationCoordinate with suppliers to handle product details such as colors, personalization, and special requests.Ensure accurate specifications are confirmed before production begins, including samples, visual mockups, and approvals.Keep clients informed about new collections, pricing changes, or seasonal availability.International Market Focus & Client RelationshipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients in the International region.Offer professional and timely customer support via email and virtual communication.Support onboarding of new clients and ensure territory exclusivity policies are followed.Understand and adapt to regional business cultures to strengthen long-term partnerships.Shipping & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate order shipments from our warehouse or via drop shipping.Prepare shipping documentation, generate courier labels, and share tracking numbers with clients.Ensure smooth, on-time delivery and resolve shipping-related issues with internal departments.After-Sales & DocumentationFollow up with clients post-delivery to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.Manage return requests, corrections, or compensation processes where needed.Keep all documentation related to client preferences, approvals, and orders properly organized and accessible.Sales Support & Market DevelopmentActively support the business development by identifying order potential, seasonal needs, and product fit.Take a proactive approach to finding new ways of reaching potential clients, combining elements of a sales representative mindset.Develop the existing client base through regular email outreach and personalized support.Spot opportunities for upselling and expanding existing client partnerships.Participate in preparations for trade fairs and international exhibitions relevant to the Asian customer base.Gather and share market feedback from clients on product interest, local trends, or style suggestions, your fashion-oriented perspective is key.What You Bring3–5 years of experience in B2B international sales and/or customer service, ideally in a product-based or fashion/lifestyle industry, with exposure to both field sales and back-office coordination.Proven experience working with international clients, including participation in trade fairs or exhibitions.A fashion-oriented mindset and the ability to understand product nuances, customization needs, and design trends.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a strong plus.Confident using tools like Excel, CRM systems, and structured documentation processes with a high degree of accuracy.A broad understanding of client needs and the ability to approach challenges with creativity, proactivity, and a solution-focused attitude.Strong communication and coordination skills.
