Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our team. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the accounts team. This position is primarily responsible for processing the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and supporting general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.Assist with issuing monthly statements and managing creditor accounts.Maintain accurate financial records and support with account reconciliations.Monitor and respond to account queries from customers, suppliers, and internal staff.Support bank reconciliations and month-end routines.Input, verify, and maintain data in accounting systems.Assist with stock administration and data entry as required.Provide general office administration support, including reception cover when needed. • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support daily business needs.The Candidate:Minimum 2 years' in accounts payable / office administration or similar role.Accuracy and attention to detail is vital for this role.The ability to communicate effectively and take direction.The ability to work under pressure, balance priorities, and meet strict deadlines is essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.IT Skills and experience with Accounting Software packagesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & OutlookFlexibility and willingness to help other colleagues to meet deadlines.A team player and ability to work as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionWork Location: In person
