This role has a broad remit and requires building strong, collaborative relationships across all areas of the business. The supply chain team's goal is to ensure stable and efficient operations while continuously driving improvements.So, we'd like you to have:· At least 2 years' experience in a supply chain role, such as Supply Chain Coordinator, Stock Controller, Procurement Coordinator, or a similar position, with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.· Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with basic supply chain methodologies.· Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.· A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills.· A high level of attention to detail, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.· A collaborative team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.· Working knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g. Intact, Thyme IT, MS NAV, SAP, Prophet, etc.) is an advantage.· A BSc or MSc in Supply Chain Management or a related field is an advantage.· Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland.Your key responsibilities will include:Stock ManagementForecast demand to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations and avoid overstocking.Determine and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure a consistent supply of materials, including finished goods and packaging.Oversee goods-in and goods-out activities at the main warehouse in Bray and with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) supporting the UK market, promptly addressing any issues that may impact customer orders and ensuring accurate, efficient transactions.Generate and analyse On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance reports to ensure service levels align with business requirements.Supplier ManagementWork closely with suppliers to ensure a reliable and accurate supply of goods, investigate stock discrepancies or damages, and ensure appropriate credits are obtained.Liaise with suppliers to track order status and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
