Youll lead technical development efforts from concept to commercialization, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across functions to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of Class II/III medical devices Drive design history file (DHF) creation and maintain regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO 13485) Perform risk analysis (FMEA), verification & validation (V&V), and root cause analysis Partner with clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure successful product development Stay ahead of technological trends and bring forward innovative ideas and solutions Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Masters in Mechanical, Biomedical, or related Engineering field Strong Engineering background and problem solving 4+ years of experience in medical device R&D (implantable or diagnostic device experience preferred) Proven track record of taking devices from concept to market Strong knowledge of design controls, regulatory requirements, and quality systems Proficiency in CAD tools (Solid Works or equivalent) and statistical tools (Minitab, JMP) Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
