Principal Engineer – React / AI-Enabled Development

The Opportunity
This is a senior-level engineering role focused on leading front-end architecture while advancing AI-assisted software development practices. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, delivering new features from an ambitious roadmap, and maintaining high-quality standards across existing applications.
Key Experience Required
5+ years’ software engineering experience
Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
Deep understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, typography, layouts, and interaction design
Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows, including prompt engineering and automated code validation
Exposure to orchestration tools and AI-driven SDLC processes
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong unit testing experience (Jest or Vitest) with knowledge of React Testing Library
Experience using NPM, modern build tools, and bundlers such as Vite
Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery of new features and enhancements
Own and evolve front-end architecture to support scalable, high-quality releases
Contribute across the full AI-enabled software development lifecycle
Drive high coding standards with strong emphasis on usability, quality, and automated testing
Mentor and develop junior engineers, promoting responsible and secure use of AI tools
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and long-term technical strategy
