Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Clonmel, Tipperary. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable email accounts, processing invoices, and collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues related to payments or invoices.
* Complete monthly creditor reconciliations and ensure timely month-end/year-end close processes.
* Analyse accounts payable reports and cash flow projections.
* Investigate and assume responsibility for accuracy of creditor reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Financial qualification suitable to the relevant field.
* 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable, reconciliations, or financial reporting functions.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices specifically in relation to VAT and RCT.
Benefits
This is a contract role based in Clonmel, with a base salary in the €34,000-€38,000 per annum range, depending on experience.
