Quality Coordinator
Hanley Energy are currently seeking a Quality System Coordinator to join our team.
The Quality System Co-Ordinator will report to the IMS Manager on all matters pertaining to the Quality Management System.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The role of the Quality System Coordinator will be to develop, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO **** and business requirements.
Duties:
1. Document Control
Upload new and revised documents to the online Quality Management System (QMS) platform
Communicating QMS document changes to relevant departments promptly and efficiently.
Print and distribute documents when needed
Ensure required records are maintained and kept up to date with regards to visual management throughout production facilities.
(e.g., policies displayed on notice boards)
Archive or remove outdated documents in accordance with document control procedures
Handle sensitive documentation with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Support other departments and functions in the compliance with their QMS responsibilities.
2. Continuous Improvement
Manage actions on Improvement Log.
Lead/Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects
3. Internal Audits
Assist in planning and follow up on the Internal Audits
4. Online Quality Management System Platform
Provide backup support for creating online access and configuring notifications
Assist with day-to-day operational support activities
Generate and maintain various reports
Prepare, trend, and analyze key performance metrics, including weekly and monthly reporting as needed
Provide training and support on the use of the QMS Platform.
Requirements:
High level of Administration and document control experience
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
Proficient Microsoft office user (including Sharepoint and Teams)
Detailed orientated.
Desirable Requirements:
Experience working in ISO ****
ISO **** Internal auditor qualification
Good technical background including technical writing skills
Strong customer focus
Previous experience in dealing with Complaints and Quality Systems
Demonstrable self-motivation with the ability to multitask.
