Role Overview: As a Workshop Administrator, you will be the vital link between customers and our workshop, ensuring a smooth vehicle service experience that reflects the Northgate brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking vehicles for maintenance and repairs
* Coordinating with workshop team to schedule work
* Updating customers on progress
* Securing approvals for work carried out
You will need a full UK manual driving licence. An understanding of the motor trade or car dealerships is advantageous. Our induction training will support your success, along with your customer service, planning, and administrative skills, and a proactive attitude.
