Production Manager Permanent Kilkeel Salary £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Kilkeel, who are expanding their team and are looking for a Production Manager Duties To manage a programme of quality assurance activity by ensuring that products manufactured and supplied by the company are safe, legal, and meet or exceed customer expectations Manage all Production plans.
Coordinate production workflow for multiple products Oversee the assembly process and ensure products are manufactured on time and within quality standards Manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain efficiency Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes Lead and mentor production staff to enhance performance and productivity Experience Proven experience in Food production management.
Strong understanding of production systems and KPI's Knowledge of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency Knowledge of HACCP and be able to keep it updated.
