The Role Involves:
* Working within interdisciplinary teams delivering services to children and young people (0-18 years) with complex needs, in partnership with families.
* Leading the ongoing development of disability services within a designated area, aligning with national policy.
As Disability Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, integrated services to the population, in accordance with legislative frameworks and allocated resources.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for individuals and families.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to build relationships and facilitate effective communication.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in the field of disability services.
