Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity across our e-commerce website, retail stores, and growing brand. This is a key role within the business, responsible for campaign planning, execution and performance across digital, social, email, and in-store channels.
You’ll manage the full marketing mix with a focus on online growth, customer engagement and consistent brand messaging. If you’re highly organised, data-led, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Email & SMS Marketing
* Plan and manage all email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
* Oversee automated flows with agency support
* Manage SMS marketing strategy with agency partners
Social Media & Content
* Create and publish engaging social content across platforms
* Build seasonal social campaigns that reflect brand tone and storytelling
* Maintain a consistent content calendar
Paid Advertising
* Manage agency partners running Meta and Google Ads
* Monitor results and advise on performance improvements
* Align paid campaigns with wider digital strategy
Website & E-commerce
* Manage website content and merchandising on Shopify
* Own product setup, image selection, SEO, tagging and seasonal updates
* Track and report on e-commerce performance
Campaign & Brand Marketing
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in-store
* Project manage photoshoots, shot lists, styling, and campaign themes
* Produce supporting assets, including radio ads and in-store POS
Reporting & Analytics
* Track, analyse and report on performance across all digital channels
* Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness, website conversions and customer retention
* Confident in using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Klaviyo dashboards)
Retail & B2B Support
* Create point-of-sale materials for retail stores
* Support the promotion of our artisan café and production mill
* Work with the B2B team to develop trade marketing materials and branded communications
Customer Experience & Retention
* Deliver retention and loyalty campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
* Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect the brand voice and values
* Support customer service queries where needed
Key Skills & Experience
* Degree or post-graduate qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline
* 5+ years in a digital marketing role
* Strong experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Ads
* Confident in digital performance reporting and online analytics
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
* Graphic design and video editing experience (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
* Excellent project management, copywriting and organisational skills
* Experience managing agencies and campaign timelines
