A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The Croke Park as our People & Culture Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional that is looking to grow and develop their career.

As the People & Culture Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function within the hotel, playing an instrumental role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee wellbeing, and driving engagement across the team.

We are looking for a person with solid HR experience in a similar environment, who is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellence across all aspects of People & Culture.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong level of effective communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills, along with a strategic mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for people development.


Responsibilities

* Implementing the people strategy
* Managing a performance management system/process
* Ensuring the company's procedures comply with Irish employment legislation
* Handling all aspects of employee relations
* Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
* Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off
* Liaising with HODs to implement appropriate career pathing and promotion planning
* Working with HODs to manage weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring labour costs are in line with budget
* Managing day‑to‑day HR function in an effective and efficient manner
* Supporting management in all aspects of performance and succession planning
