Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.
About Us
The Personal Workspace (PWS) Business Group is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of computer mice, keyboards, webcams, trackpads, presentation remotes and emerging categories.
It is a key pillar of Logitech's past, present, and future as a global brand known for world class product design and exceptional user experiences.
The PWS Software UX Design team at Logitech, part of our Creative & Design organization, shapes seamless, design-led experiences that power our software-enabled hardware products for productivity and creativity.
We thrive in a culture that values curiosity, kindness, and excellence, designing award-winning products that people love.
The Team and Role
We're building the next generation of software experiences that seamlessly connect Logitech's hardware and digital ecosystem within Logi Options+, Logitech's flagship productivity software.
This role focuses on crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and visually refined user experiences that make complex technology feel simple and empowering.
We're looking for a Lead UX Designer who loves solving tricky interaction puzzles and making big, complex applications feel like a breeze.
You're a systems-oriented thinker who simplifies highly technical problems in elegantly simple ways, with an eye for beautifully crafted user interfaces.
You understand how to balance technical constraints with user needs to create experiences that feel powerful yet effortless.
Your Contribution
Be Yourself.
Be Open.
Stay Hungry and Humble.
Collaborate.
Challenge.
Decide and Do.
Share our passion for Equality and the Environment.
And most importantly – bring your sense of humor.
These are the behaviors and values you'll need for success at Logitech.
In this role, you will:
Design complex software features that turn great hardware into productivity powerhouses through plugin ecosystems and AI-powered experiences within Logi Options+
Own visual and interaction design for sophisticated features, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and delightful micro-interactions
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements that solve real user problems
Design accessible software products that meet WCAG standards and serve diverse user needs
Work within our Logitech Options+ design system to create cohesive, scalable experiences while evolving patterns for new capabilities
Collaborate closely with AI and Software teams to design intuitive AI & Plugin experiences that feel magical yet simple
Partner with Software Product Managers, Business Group, Software Engineers, and Data and Insights Teams to ensure alignment and forward momentum
Present your design work with confidence and clarity to teams and senior leadership, telling compelling stories that guide stakeholders through your design rationale
Serve as a strategic design partner and show up as a leader, bringing thoughtful perspectives that elevate discussions and shape product direction
Facilitate cross-discipline ideation sessions and maintain alignment across a global team
Key Qualifications
To be considered, you should bring the following skills and experience:
Design Excellence
Extensive UX design experience with deep expertise in consumer-facing desktop software applications
Strong visual design and UI design skills —you have great taste and a solid understanding of color, typography, motion, and visual hierarchy
Proven ability to solve complex interaction problems and structure large, sophisticated applications that feel intuitive
Strong background in systems thinking with the ability to build, maintain, and manage complex consumer experiences
Experience working with design systems and creating interaction patterns that scale
Well-versed in user-centered design methods —you conduct research, gather insights, and translate them into design decisions
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards (WCAG) and commitment to designing inclusive experiences
AI & Emerging Technology
Experience designing AI-powered features or tools —bonus points for prompt engineering interfaces, conversational UI, or AI workflows
Familiarity with modern AI tools and agentic AI prototyping is a strong plus —experience with Replit, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar tools for rapid AI prototyping
Comfort with ambiguity and designing for emerging technologies where best practices are still evolving
Technical & Tools
Excellent Proficiency in Figma (Advanced Figma Workflows, Dev Mode, Components, Strong organisation) and Adobe Creative Suite
Motion design skills or After Effects experience is a plus
Ability to code is a plus—it helps you prototype and collaborate effectively with engineers
Understanding of software and hardware constraints and how to navigate them
Communication & Leadership
Previous experience at a Lead or Senior designer level within an agency or product organization
Outstanding presentation abilities —you captivate audiences, articulate complex ideas clearly, and guide stakeholders confidently
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence across all levels
Strategic mindset with the presence to show up as a trusted design partner —you bring conviction while remaining open to diverse perspectives and healthy debate
Comfortable engaging in constructive dialogue where you can hold a strong point of view while finding the best path forward together
High comfort working independently, owning large design areas end-to-end, and navigating ambiguity
A strong point of view with a healthy dose of humility
Portfolio
A portfolio demonstrating all of the above —show us complex consumer software design, systems thinking, visual polish, and how you've tackled challenging interaction problems.
