Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hotel operations manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our 4-star hotel in Leixlip.
* Oversee the coordination of all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery particularly across food & beverage operations
* SUPPORT A TEAM OF UP TO 40 STAFF DURING PEAK PERIODS
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently. They must also be able to foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
