What you’ll do
This role is a PCF 52 and CF 2 role for the purposes of the Central Bank’s Fitness and Probity regime. The MLRO & Compliance Manager will be involved in the following activities:
* You will support the Head of Risk & Compliance in leading the Compliance strategic agenda across BCMGlobal ASI Limited.
* You will develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery, whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement.
* You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all compliance functional activities as directed by the Head of Risk & Compliance, including (but not limited to):
* Providing subject matter expertise to business stakeholders on the application of the Central Bank Codes of Conduct, Financial Crime legislation, and Credit Servicing Standards.
* Supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance with the delivery of the annual compliance plan.
* Managing and maintaining Compliance owned policies and procedures.
* Managing the horizon scanning programme and support the implementation by the business of regulatory change.
* Investigating compliance issues and regulatory matters arising and if required, escalate appropriately to the Head of Risk & Compliance.
* Supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance on all reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing all correspondence, reporting, and other contact with the Central Bank of Ireland in consultation with the Head of Risk & Compliance.
* Such other duties and responsibilities, as requested from time to time, that are commensurate with the jobholder’s knowledge, skill and experience.

* Developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and fostering a culture of Risk and Compliance awareness through all interactions.
* Supporting the Head of Risk & Compliance in the delivery of the Board approved annual Compliance programme of work.
* Ensuring appropriate reporting of risks to key internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting the business in the identification and mitigation of Compliance risk.
What you’ll bring
* Minimum of 5-7 years financial services experience in a Compliance, Risk, Audit, or a Control role, including at least 2 years of experience at Manager level in a Compliance and AML / CTF advisory role. Prior designation as PCF 52 is desirable, but not essential.
* A strong understanding of the applicable regulatory Codes of Conduct and AML / CTF legislation.
* Excellent communication and analytic skills, and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
* A good understanding and experience of the Credit Servicing sector and associated banking processes, financial products, and/or systems is desirable.
* An aptitude for the compliance discipline being able to effectively identify compliance issues and guide the business to the right outcome adopting a customer first approach.
* Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines while working in a fast paced and agile environment.
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and adept at developing and managing collaborative relationships.
* The Compliance Institute Professional Diploma in Compliance and an AML qualification are advantageous.
