Dublin# Commissioning Supervisor## **Your Role**We are looking for a Commissioning Supervisor to manage and validate commissioning activities for electrical equipment on customer sites, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
You will lead a team of commissioning specialists, coordinate with project stakeholders, and represent the client during customer acceptance tests.
**Key responsibilities of the role:*** Prepare, perform, and validate site equipment tests in compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Manage and coordinate commissioning teams and subcontractors; prepare and update site test schedules.
* Act as the primary technical contact during commissioning phases and represent the company in front of the customer.
* Ensure proper documentation of test results, update drawings for "As Built" status, and communicate design modifications.
* Check and maintain test tools and measurement instruments; ensure calibration compliance.
* Detect and report non-conformances and punch list items; propose corrective actions.
* Apply and enforce safety regulations and work permit procedures during all test phases.
* Provide regular progress reports, timesheets, and cost updates to the Project Manager or Site Works Coordinator.
* Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices.
## **YOUR PROFILE*** Degree in Electrotechnical Engineering or related field.
* Up to 5 years of experience in commissioning LV/MV equipment.
* Minimum 6 months working on-site or in an electro-mechanical design office.
* Advanced knowledge of MV/LV equipment, power stations, and commissioning principles.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Acrobat, Outlook; familiarity with testing device software (Omicron) and relay setting tools.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) on technical topics.
* Flexibility, reliability, customer focus, and ability to work in a team.
* Willingness to travel internationally up to 75% (mainly Europe).
* Valid Category B driving licence.
