We are currently seeking to an Electrical Supervisor to join a leading contractor in Dublin to join a major pharma project.

Responsibilities
8. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture by leading by example.
9. Proficient in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.
10. Assist in the preparation, review and approval of method statements and permits for Electrical and other relevant contractors
11. Regular site inspections to monitor the progress of Electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols
12. Track and document the progress of on-site activities, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track
13. Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) and Inspection Test Records (ITR's)
14. Attend / Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications and standards
15. Manage the closeout of relevant punch list items to ensure project / system completion
16. Review and approval of turnover documentation ensuring documentation meets project and client requirements
17. Coordination and witnessing of commissioning activities
18. Attend meeting with relevant disciplines and contractors
19. Attend and actively participate in meetings with relevant disciplines and contractors.
20. Provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate with project team and stakeholders
Requirements
21. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
22. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision,
23. Excellent communication skills
