Overview
Are you an experienced administrator with strong project coordination skills and a passion for organised, efficient processes?
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Interiors Work Winning team — supporting our tendering efforts, driving process improvements, managing content systems and owning document control across bids.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Maintain and improve our project CV and experience database
, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and easy access for bid use.
Take ownership of
document control
across all tender submissions and work-winning activity — ensuring high standards, version control, and compliance.
Review and enhance current processes
, proposing and implementing improvements to boost quality, consistency and efficiency in submissions.
Lead and support IT or digital system rollouts
within the bid team (e.g., tender platforms, libraries, collaboration tools).
Coordinate with bid managers, design managers and other stakeholders to
collate, format and structure proposal content
.
Keep our
tender information library
organised and up to date.
Provide high-level
administrative and coordination support
to the Work Winning/Pre-Construction team.
Experience
What You Bring
5+ years' experience in project support, document control, or bid/tender coordination roles.
Excellent organisational and time management skills — you can manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
Experience improving or streamlining admin and document-heavy processes.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
, SharePoint/Teams; Adobe experience is a bonus.
Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent attention to detail and a structured mindset.
Experience in construction, engineering or fit-out sectors preferred (but not essential).
Qualifications
Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent work experience (desirable).
