We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our hotel's operational team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
This role involves working closely with other Heads of Department to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies, aligning them with the hotel's brand service initiatives.
Main Accountabilities:
* To collaborate with HODs to ensure optimal staffing levels are achieved.
* To identify and address operational gaps and inefficiencies.
* To support the F&B team in delivering high-quality services.
* To take ownership of service delivery and standards across the hotel.
* To work with the Executive Head Chef to develop innovative menu concepts.
* To ensure fire safety protocols are adhered to.
* To maintain a prominent presence in public areas, especially during peak periods.
