About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain internal computer systems and networks, email system, and phone system.
* Log issues in our system and liaise with third-party support companies to resolve them.
* Take on the role of Data Protection Lead, monitoring GDPR compliance and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
* Provide remote and onsite support and project services to business users.
* Troubleshoot and fix network, computer, and hardware issues.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of tasks and follow through without supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work as part of a team with a strong customer service focus.
