About the Role: Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service across our Bar, Restaurant, and Function Rooms. To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining. To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner. Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers. Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times. To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group. Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times. About The Role The Ideal candidate: Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant would be advantageous. Enjoy working with the public Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Maximum flexibility with regards to hours/ must be available to work over a 7 day period- Must be flexible to work midweek and weekends Be a great team player. Fluent in English.
