on the search for a
Site Manager.
This is a
perm
role based
in County Laois, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
* Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, maintaining supply chain efficiency.
* Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure proper handling and storage conditions of your products.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
* Conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and maintain team motivation.
* Analyse performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 5 years of experience in logistics management.
* Proven track record of managing logistics teams.
* Strong understanding safety standards, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
