Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Associate with strong project management and writing abilities to join a global RFP team.
The role involves drafting proposals, presentations, and analyses in response to client requests, collaborating with various departments including research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, and HR.
A solid understanding of investments, particularly in private markets (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt), along with strong interpersonal and project management skills, is required.
Essential Job Functions Write, edit, and manage RFPs/RFIs and client requests, ensuring content is accurate and delivered on time.
Maintain a central database of responses and update content as needed.
Prioritize multiple projects and work in a global team environment to meet deadlines.
Critically assess the accuracy and relevance of content provided by cross-functional teams.
Respond to industry surveys and ad hoc requests.
Assist in developing presentations and managing agendas for client presentations.
Support various projects and analyses for the Business Development teams.
Other Requirements Bachelors degree in finance & business.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, private equity, private debt, or investment management.
Strong self-starter, adaptive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
