Primary responsibilities include:
* Supporting the CEO with diary, email, and project coordination
* Assisting the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
* Managing office operations and systems that keep the team connected and efficient
* Coordinating events, team activities, and projects that enhance company culture
* Providing reliable support on initiatives and governance, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders, being calm and organised, and prioritising competing demands. They should also be a confident communicator who can take initiative and get things done.
