A leading full-service commercial law firm in Dublin is seeking a Human Resources Executive to join their expanding HR team.
What You'll Do:
* Serve as the go-to for employee HR queries, like leave and employment matters.
* Handle employee documentation, including contracts and onboarding packs.
* Collaborate with IT and Training for seamless new hire onboarding.
* Keep HR databases updated and manage document filing.
* Process applications for government schemes and manage renewals.
* Coordinate the Transition Year Programme and CSR school initiatives.
* Support recruitment with job postings, interviews, and compliance.
* Engage in cross-functional projects and handle ad-hoc HR tasks.
What You Bring:
* At least 2 years experience in a Human Resource position, preferably in a Law Firm or Partnership
* Detail-oriented with high numeracy skills for accuracy.
* Ability to build strong relationships in a professional setting.
* Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Bamboo HR.
* Excellent communication skills for clear, trustworthy interactions.
* Strong data management and analytical skills.
* Motivated, organised, and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
