PositionEnvironmental, Health & Safety (EHS) ManagerLocationDublin, IrelandCET Connect is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team in Clondalkin, Co. Dublin.As an EHS Manager you will be responsible for managing the Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures on behalf of the company. Join us and become part of a forward-thinking team committed to innovation and excellenceKey ResponsibilitiesReports to the HSEQ Director and Managing DirectorPeriodically inspecting, auditing and reviewing safe work practices to ensure compliance with regulations and company policiesTravel ad-hoc to European sites for strategic planning and audit current EHS team leads and projectsSet the vision, strategic direction and drive EHS excellence across all construction related activitiesDeliver guidance and coaching to senior construction management teams to ensure site actions are in alignment with CET EHS policiesEstablish construction EHS audit strategies that ensure programs meet or exceed all legal requirementsPrepares and reviews documentation to ensure all required records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures and implement appropriate corrective actions as requiredManage and lead the established EHS team leads to provide top level expertise on EHS subjects for the relevant assigned projectsProactively plan and manage construction EHS objectives to support the company's strategic growth plansManage and oversee onboarding of new team members with established EHS Admin,Reviews and coordinates the filing of all site audits and investigations/lessons learned, Measure and monitor construction EHS metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet company-wide goals and drive best in class results for ISO 45001Drive the implementation of programs and initiatives to foster a strong safety culture across all company activities through EHS best practicesIdentify and coordinate construction EHS training to meet regulatory requirements and improve construction EHS awareness & performance across the company and client expectationsLead, foster, and grow relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive successTrain and mentor new and existing EHS team membersMaintain and develop current ISO accredited EHS Management Systems, (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)Perform other duties as assigned in relation to EHSEssential RequirementsMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar roleThird-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety or related fieldStrong decision-making skills and the ability to build respect and influence at all levelsPrevious experience with ISO 45001 & 14001Experience of managing change and continuous ImprovementStrong presentation and organisational skillsStrong IT Skills with a working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Power Point, and ExcelEU passport and/or unrestricted visa-free working rights in Ireland are essentialCET Connect is an equal opportunities employer.
