Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a, Accommodation Supervisor to join the team in it's unique four star hotel.You will report to the Accommodation Manager, to ensure the smooth and efficient cleaning and servicing of the premises, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas and toilets. Presenting a clean and fresh environment to the approved standards for the guests.A Accommodation Supervisor Will Be Responsible ForSupervising housekeeping staff and ensuring rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.Assigning daily cleaning tasks and inspecting completed work.Training and mentoring housekeeping team members.Managing laundry and linen supplies.Ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet high-quality standards.Responding to guest requests and complaints regarding room conditions.Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requirements.Monitoring and ordering cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens.Keeping track of stock levels and controlling costs.Ensuring hygiene, health, and safety regulations are followed.Conducting regular inspections to meet company and legal standards.Preparing work schedules for housekeeping staff.Conducting performance evaluations and addressing staff concerns.Reporting maintenance issues to the relevant department.To be successful in the role of Accommodation Supervisor we require:Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, housekeeping, or accommodation services.Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.Knowledge of health & safety regulations in hospitality.Ability to supervise, motivate, and train housekeeping staff.Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Ability to manage schedules, allocate tasks, and oversee operations efficiently.Quick thinking and proactive approach to resolving guest or team issues.Clear and professional communication with team members and other departments.A positive and professional attitude.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.Working With Us Provides The Following Benefits To YouStaff Food: Complimentary meals during shifts.Employee Assistance Program: Access to confidential support services for personal and professional well-being.Staff Discount: Discounts on food, beverages, and stays across our global Ascott portfolio.About UsTemple Bar Hotel is a brand of The Ascott Limited.
