We are passionate about safety and spreading best practice in the industry.Your remit:Working title: AuditorWork location: Field -based across the Island of Ireland – Southern and Northern Ireland (Work in locations across various other regions in the UK may be required from time to time).Experience: We welcome candidates with professional experience in rental services, auditing, or health, safety, environment, and quality (HSE/HSEQ) fields.Key Responsibilities:Plan and conduct audits of IPAF Training Centres, Instructors and Hire/Rental companies in accordance with IPAF standards and relevant regional regulations, in close coordination with the UK office.Prepare for audits through document review and risk-based planning.Ensure audit findings are clearly documented and communicated in line with IPAF procedures.Support and present at IPAF events, including delivering updates on audit trends, common findings, and best practices.Collaborate with and support the Country Managers for the UK & Island of Ireland, including attending meetings with contractors, stakeholders, and partners as required. This may involve contributing audit insights, clarifying compliance expectations, and helping to address operational or quality-related concerns raised during discussions.Provide guidance and clarification to Training Centres, Instructors and Hire/Rental members regarding IPAF compliance requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and tools by providing feedback and suggestions.Maintain accurate and timely records in IPAF's audit management systems.Participate in internal auditor calibration sessions to ensure consistency and quality across the audit team.Stay informed of changes in IPAF standards, regional legislation, and industry best practices relevant to training and safety.Preferred Competencies:H&S or HSEQ qualification & experienceCertified Lead Auditor in at least one of the following ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001Candidates with equivalent or alternative auditing qualifications and/or relevant experience may also be consideredProven experience in planning, conducting, and reporting auditsIdeally, prior experience within powered access or related industryAbility to communicate with stakeholders and generate reports in both verbal and written EnglishStrong customer focus with the ability to build rapport amongst members in associated industriesConfident decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure or time-sensitive situationsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and root causesComfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong time management and organisational skillsProficient in using digital tools and platforms for audit planning, execution, and reportingWe offer:A dynamic and growing organisation with a strong international presenceA collaborative and open-minded working environmentThe opportunity to work independently and take ownership of your tasksRegular interaction with international teams and stakeholdersA structured and supportive onboarding processCar allowance and work uniform providedFlexible workload of approximately 20 days per month / full time employmentA competitive rate aligned with your experience and qualificationsFor more information about the position and to apply visit Deadline: 28th November 2025.
