Job Overview
Keeper is hiring a driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our high‑producing EMEA B2B sales division. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within commuting distance of our Cork office or fully remote for those outside that distance.
Responsibilities

Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, channel partner development, networking, lead generation campaigns and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Maintain a continuous pipeline of prospective customers.
Manage the new business sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Act as a subject‑matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable of changes, updates and new offerings.
Conduct high‑level sales presentations and negotiations to secure large enterprise deals.
Schedule sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis.
Participate in cold‑call/role‑play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues.
Collaborate with legal and sales operations teams to prepare proposals and execute contracts, ensuring clear understanding of all terms.
Work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to align strategies and maximize customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Travel locally and nationally to customer meetings; operate or rent a vehicle on behalf of the company as needed.

Requirements

5+ years of software sales experience.
Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management).
Proven track record of selling software into IT organizations.
Existing relationships with CTO/CIO/CISO and ability to develop C‑level relationships within complex, global organizations.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience managing the full sales cycle.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Outstanding attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills to support positive professional relationships.
Positive mindset, team‑oriented, results‑driven and organized.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
