Job Overview
The role is a flexible part-time Workshop Supervisor / Instructor (14 hours per week minimum) based in Bray, Wicklow, working for Autism Initiatives Ireland Company Limited by Guarantee within the HSE Dublin and South East health region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
Plan and implement programmes and person-centred plans.
Work independently and exercise initiative.
Requirements
A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification (e.g., health, community, care sector).
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Full, clean driver's licence desirable.
Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs.
