Clancy Construction is seeking an experienced Snagger to work with us in Cork. Location This is a Site based role in the Cork area. Reporting to The Site Manager. Key responsibilities will include : All assigned jobs are to be carried out to the highest standard fully complying with health and safety regulations at all times. Responsible for supporting the Site Manager in proactive prevention of snags on large residential projects. Detect and report on planned inspection, detection and close out regime of snags on new residential units prior to handover. Ensure compliance to high standards of health & safety and compliance at all times. Carry out specified tasks in assigned locations to include all aspects of general property maintenance. Manage snag lists and accurate records effectively using in-house systems. Required to carry out a variety of snagging and maintenance on new build residential properties. Qualifications / Experience : The ideal candidates will be able to carry out first and second fix works and will be skilled across all key general trades Previous Snagging experience is essential. Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Good verbal communication skills.
