This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing digital advertising team for a know Social Media Client in Dublin, working with top Digital Marketing Agencies across the DACH region. You'll act as a trusted partner — helping agencies understand how to build brand awareness, optimize performance, and increase sales using advanced ad products and analytics tools.
What You'll Do
1. Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of digital marketing agencies
2. Partner with agencies to optimize campaigns, drive ROI, and unlock new growth opportunities
3. Translate data and insights into strategic recommendations and actionable results
4. Onboard new agency partners, guiding them through tools, best practices, and product features
5. Manage multiple campaigns with precision and attention to detail
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success
What You Bring
7. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
8. Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or ad tech sales
9. Background in or exposure to agency environments is essential
10. Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
11. Excellent communication skills — consultative, structured, and persuasive
12. Based in Dublin (or planning relocation) with full work authorization in Ireland
